Message take a sample of your oil BEFORE you put on the pulley, obviously you should closely note what weight and brand of oil you used and how many miles were on the change (needs to be at least 2000, 3k-5k would be better). Send the sample into

I've used them before and they are good, they have an online order form for a free sample kit (you pay when you send it in).

THEN:
change the pulley and oil, using the same oil weight, brand, etc and drive it for the same number of miles as you did for the 'before' sample. send this 'after' sample in to be analyzed and let us know the results. If your lead ppm goes way up we will have evidence that the pulley is damaging the bearings and you can change the pulley before serious damage is done, if not, so much the better. The idea is to eliminate as many variables as possible so drive the car the same before and after, use the same gas, etc.
